The menu ranges from seafood dishes such as turban shell sashimi, octopus teppai and assorted sashimi to a Wagyu omelette, beef kushikatsu and Napolitan pasta. One evening, diners might pair a cold drink with sashimi and small plates; another, they could make hot tofu or nabeyaki udon the centre of the meal. The mix of Japanese and Western dishes leaves room to choose according to the occasion.
